His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, advising lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured transactions, bilateral and syndicated financings, and acquisition finance matters. He is a member of the Entertainment Media and Communications Law section of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers.
