About Clara

Clara joined Soloway Wright in 2023, in the Business & Corporate and Corporate Finance & Securities groups, after summering and articling with the firm. She maintains a general corporate and commercial practice covering incorporations, financing, asset and share purchases, non-profit matters and corporate reorganizations. Clara holds a JD and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, where she was involved with Lawyers Without Borders and the McGill Journal of Law and Health, and a BA (Honours) in Music from the University of Ottawa, earned summa cum laude. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
