Laura Dickson
Laura is a lawyer and principal at DWA Law who practises exclusively plaintiff civil litigation. Born and raised in Scotland, she earned an LL.B in Scots Law from the University of Glasgow in 2007, completed her NCA qualifications at the University of Toronto, trained with Allen Wynperle, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. Her work covers life and disability claims, wrongful and constructive dismissal, critical illness denials, estate litigation, accident benefits, auto accidents, slips and falls, WSIB claims, and brain and spinal injuries. She was appointed a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court in 2023.
