About Courtney

Courtney Weinstein is a partner in the firm's Business Law Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial real estate transactions including financing, leasing and development. She has advised both private and publicly traded companies and has worked on more than 100 cross-border transactions. Courtney articled with the firm in 2016, joined as an associate in 2017, and became a partner in 2024, and is admitted to practice in both Manitoba and New York State. She earned her B.A. (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 2012 and her J.D. with High Honours from New York Law School in 2015, was called to the New York bar in 2016 and the Manitoba bar in 2017, and serves as a board member of Agape Table Inc.
