About Aisling

Aisling Flarity is a partner at M&H LLP. Before joining the firm she spent over six years at a full-service Toronto law firm and then worked as in-house counsel for a large municipality in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Her practice centres on real property litigation, with particular emphasis on expropriation law, and also extends to land use planning, boundary and contract disputes, fraud matters, and employment litigation. She regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and has argued cases before various other administrative boards, as well as before all levels of court up to the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Aisling currently serves as a director of the Ontario Expropriation Association and has written and presented on expropriation and employment law topics.
