Collin Hirschfeld is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office specializing in construction contracts, tendering, construction litigation and dispute resolution, security enforcement, and professional discipline. He was lead counsel in Saskatchewan v Good Spirit School Division No. 204 on separate school rights and has appeared before multiple provincial and federal courts. He previously chaired the National Construction and Infrastructure Law section of the Canadian Bar Association and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, and has co-authored editions of the Saskatchewan Builders' Lien Manual. Collin earned a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in Health Care Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Laws from the same university, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1998. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2016 and is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers.
