About Troy

Troy Baril is the Managing Partner and a founder of Procido LLP, providing litigation counsel on municipal and administrative matters across Saskatchewan and beyond. His practice covers commercial litigation, construction disputes, administrative law, civil litigation, privacy matters, and municipal services, with particular focus on builders' liens, mediation and arbitration, and contract interpretation and enforcement. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a Gold Medal, from Simon Fraser University in 2007. Troy has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for multiple years and served as President of the Saskatoon Bar Association from 2019 to 2020. He is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers' Association, and the Association of Canadian Assessors' Counsel.
