About Mustafa
Mustafa Mohamedali began his legal career in England, where he was called to the bar in 2010, and became a partner and head of department at a full-service firm before relocating to Vancouver and being called to the British Columbia bar in 2016. He advises business owners and companies on incorporation, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring, succession planning, and financing, including private investment, debt, venture capital, and IPOs. He has guided clients through more than $100 million in fundraising and mentors entrepreneurs through New Venture BC's innovation competition.
