About Cindy

Cindy Lee is a partner practising family law, wills and estates, and estate litigation. She assists clients with separation, divorce, parenting, support and property division disputes, and works as a trained mediator to help resolve matters by settlement where possible. She also advises on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, estate planning, personal directives and powers of attorney, and appears in both Provincial Court and the Court of King's Bench. Cindy was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 and the Alberta bar in 2011. She holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, and volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance.
