About Alison

Alison Chickloski, based in Calgary and Fort McMurray, focuses on family law disputes, drafting separation, cohabitation, and prenuptial agreements and using mediation, negotiation, and arbitration to help clients reach resolutions. She has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench, and the Court of Appeal on custody, access, and family property matters, and serves as a Child Support Resolution Officer. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta, among other organizations.
