About Benjamin

Benjamin Na is the chair of Gowling WLG's Disputes Department and a member of the firm's National Management Committee, providing strategic leadership for the firm's construction and commercial litigation practices. With over 20 years of experience, he advises public and private corporations, financial institutions and regulatory bodies on complex disputes, including directors' and officers' liability, contract disputes, shareholder disputes and civil fraud matters. He has appeared before all levels of Ontario court, the Federal Court and in international arbitrations.
