About Amanda

Amanda Pask is counsel whose practice covers administrative and labour law, the internal governance of unions and similar organizations, and bankruptcy and insolvency law as it affects employees and unions. She prepares written submissions for administrative tribunals, courts, and policymakers, and advises on appellate matters including judicial review. Amanda has particular expertise in federal labour law and the aviation sector, gained through years of involvement, including acting for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers in the Air Canada and Aveos insolvency proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act. She also provides legal and policy analysis to the firm's lawyers and to union in-house counsel.
