About Adrienne

Adrienne's practice covers constitutional and public law, Aboriginal law and Indigenous rights, labour law, human rights, elections law, and national security law. She appears regularly before trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as administrative tribunals and grievance arbitrators, and she has served as a court-appointed Special Advocate in national security matters. Her cases include representing the Working Families Coalition and OECTA in a Supreme Court decision on the right to vote, Grassy Narrows First Nation in Supreme Court litigation over treaty rights, and OECTA in the Ontario Court of Appeal decision striking down Bill 124's wage restraints. She has also acted for the Association of Ontario Midwives in gender discrimination compensation cases and for unions including LiUNA and CUPW in labour rights litigation.
