About Mark

Mark Repath is a partner whose practice splits between employment law and commercial and civil litigation. He has defended employers and directors before the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and he drafts employment contracts and workplace policies for employers. For employees, he negotiates contracts and termination packages and litigates wrongful dismissal claims, including disputes over unpaid commissions and bonuses. His broader litigation work covers breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence and oppression claims, as well as mortgage enforcement matters. Mark was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 and holds a JD from Queen's University and an honours BA in criminal justice and public policy from the University of Guelph.
