About Christina

Christina Vechsler joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as an associate in 2021, practicing corporate and commercial law along with environmental law. Her corporate work covers share and asset purchase agreements, corporate reorganizations, shareholders' agreements and disputes, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and commercial leasing, while her environmental practice advises buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and property owners on contaminated sites and other regulatory matters. Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2006, she has practiced corporate, commercial, energy, environmental, and municipal law at a large Toronto firm and a national firm, and has also held public sector and in-house roles, including as a strategic advisor in Toronto's energy and infrastructure sector. Christina holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Anthropology from Carleton University (2001) and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa (2005), and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association.
