About Gursharan

Gursharan Sandhu advises condominium corporations on corporate governance, shared facilities disputes, enforcement, expropriations, employment and human rights, and contract drafting and negotiation. He co-founded the Ontario Condominium Law Advisory Group with the Ontario Bar Association in 2024 and serves as its Co-Chair. He holds an Hons. B.A. from the University of Toronto, an M.A. from the University of Guelph, and a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario.
