About Chris
Chris Lazaris practices personal injury law. His work includes claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, disputes over occupiers' liability, long-term disability matters, and accident benefits litigation that often involves complex medical and insurance issues. He represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury claims across Ontario. In 2023, Chris appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal and successfully showed that his client satisfied Criterion 4's catastrophic impairment designation for brain injury, one of a small number of Ontario cases to meet that standard. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 and has practiced exclusively in personal injury law since, regularly appearing before the Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Before joining Thomson Rogers, he worked at other plaintiff-side personal injury firms. Chris holds a JD from Western University and a BA from McGill University, with a double major in History and Political Science.
