Elizabeth (Betsy) Segal chairs the firm's insurance law practice group and also leads its construction and infrastructure and commercial litigation groups. Her practice centers on appeals, construction disputes, and insurance coverage and defence, and she regularly appears before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
