About Brandin
Brandin advises management clients on the full range of workplace law, including labour relations, employee discipline and dismissal, employment standards, and drafting contracts and policies. His litigation practice has taken him before Ontario's Superior Court, Divisional Court, Commercial List, Court of Appeal, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board, private arbitrators, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and he has served on management bargaining teams negotiating collective agreements. Brandin joined the firm after clerking at the Court of Appeal for Ontario for Chief Justice Warren Winkler and Justice David Doherty. He also served as a research assistant to constitutional scholar Peter Hogg on the fourth edition of Liability of the Crown, and before law school he worked as a special assistant to the Speaker of the House of Commons. He earned his J.D. with the Bronze Medal from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
