About Julie

Julie O'Donnell was called to the Ontario Bar in 1988 and focuses her practice on management-side labour and employment law, acting for both private and public sector clients. She has extensive experience in collective bargaining and the enforcement and administration of collective agreements, as well as labour disputes and seeking injunctive relief to restrain picketing. She has appeared before provincial and federal labour relations boards and at all levels of Ontario courts. Her practice also covers human rights, workers' compensation, employment standards, occupational health and safety, and dismissal matters.
