About Charles

Charles Lun was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 after graduating as a gold medalist from the University of Toronto Mississauga with an honours degree in political and social sciences, followed by mediation and negotiation awards at Osgoode Hall. He previously served as legal counsel at a publicly traded company, overseeing litigation and dispute resolution, and now practises commercial and civil litigation, regularly handling urgent injunctions, debt-collection enforcement, mortgage matters, real estate disputes, defamation claims and general tort litigation. He also gained e-discovery experience at a national firm before joining his current position. Recent work includes obtaining judgment to rectify title under Ontario's Land Titles Act for a developer client and securing judgment declaring and vesting title in a real property dispute. Charles is conversant in Cantonese in addition to English.
