About Chad

Chad is an associate at TDS in Winnipeg, focusing on civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property. His experience spans negligence, personal injury, construction and contractual disputes, IP disputes, collections, insurance law, and trademark and domain name enforcement, and he is training as a trademark agent. Chad studied political science at the University of Manitoba while competing on the university's track and field team, then attended Robson Hall for law school. He was a summer student at TDS in 2022 and 2023, articled in 2024, and joined as an associate in 2025, earning his J.D. in 2024 and being called to the Manitoba bar in 2025.
