About Erika
Erika Young practises family law at Nelligan Law, with more than ten years of experience since being called to the Bar in 2014. Her practice covers parenting issues, child-related disputes, family violence, and financial matters including spousal and child support, property division, and domestic contracts. Young has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Originally from Nova Scotia, she has lived in Ottawa since 2014 and was named one of Best Lawyers' Ones to Watch in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
