About Chris
Chris represents both corporations and individuals across a wide range of issues. In his employment law practice he has represented numerous corporations against human rights applications filed by employees, arguing matters before the Superior and Divisional Courts and appearing before tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ministry of Labour and the Pension Appeals Board. In family law, Chris assists clients with negotiating and drafting marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements, and appears frequently in Family Court on issues such as custody, access, property equalization and support. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Carleton County Law Association.
