About Carly

Carly is an associate at TDS in Winnipeg, practising corporate and commercial law in the Business Law Group. She articled at the firm from 2025 to 2026 and joined as an associate after being called to the bar in 2026. During law school she served on committees with the Manitoba Law Students' Association, was a Senior Editor for the Canadian Journal of Human Rights, and volunteered with the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and Manitoba Legal Clinic for the Arts, assisting non-profits, artists, and entrepreneurs with business law matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2025 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg in 2021.
