About Elnaz

Elnaz Dast Parvardeh is an associate lawyer at Korman & Korman LLP. She represents clients on refugee claims, Pre-Removal Risk Assessment applications, spousal sponsorships, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications, Protected Person Permanent Residency applications, and appeals to the Refugee Appeal Division and the Federal Court. Before joining the firm she articled and worked as a summer student at Nazami and Associates, and during law school she worked at Legal Assistance of Windsor and the Windsor-Essex Bilingual Clinic. She also served on the Delphi Panel, giving feedback on Immigration Appeal Division guidelines and forms for self-represented litigants. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2021 and is fluent in English and Farsi.
