About Nicole

Nicole Davidson joined Whelton Hiutin LLP as an associate in 2025, following her articling term at a national law firm. Her practice centers on civil and commercial litigation. She graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law in 2024, and before that earned a Master's Certificate in Health Systems Management from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Humanities from Carleton University. During law school she represented clients in housing disputes through the university's legal clinic and competed in several moot competitions, winning Top Advocate in her torts class moot. Before pursuing law, she worked at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia in complaints investigations and regulatory policy roles.
