About Andrew
Andrew's corporate practice covers everything from incorporation to acquisition, including M&A transactions, reorganizations, commercial leases, start-up matters, and employment issues. His clients range from early-stage start-ups to multi-generational brick-and-mortar businesses and cross-border corporations. He was called to the Ontario bar in September 2018, holds an LL.B. from the University of York in England, and has an honours B.A. in political science from Wilfrid Laurier University. Before law school he spent two years as an account manager at a large Toronto logistics company, and he has since worked with major international firms and one of Canada's largest property developers. Andrew belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.
