About Bryan

Bryan Tait is an associate lawyer whose practice is focused on corporate and commercial law, including a general practice acting on acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and reorganizations, along with an emphasis on commercial real estate sales and purchases, mortgage financing, and property development. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2019, receiving an entrance scholarship in 2016 and the school's Dean's Award for the highest grade in Bankruptcy and Insolvency in 2018. He obtained his Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2020 and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2021.
