About Matthew

Matthew is a partner in the firm's banking and financial services group, focusing on creditor's rights and debt enforcement. He advises banks, credit unions, private lenders and other creditors on the creditor/debtor relationship, addressing defaults and distress situations involving mortgages, loans and promissory notes. Matthew's practice also draws on his knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency law, working with corporate and tax counsel on reorganizations and restructuring.
