About Bryan

Bryan has practised at TDS in Winnipeg in taxation, corporate and commercial law, and personal and corporate tax planning, including mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, shareholder disputes, and succession planning. He has also advised clients in real estate development and in the natural resource, mining, forestry, and fertilizer industries in Manitoba. He earned his BA and LL.B. from the University of Manitoba and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Toronto in 1973, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 1968. He has lectured on taxation and business law for the Law Society of Manitoba, the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law, and the Canadian Tax Foundation, among others.
