About Bruce

Bruce Baron is Of Counsel at the firm with a background spanning private practice, in-house roles, and time as managing partner of a downtown litigation boutique. He has extensive trial experience at every level of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, and he took part in one of the longest cases ever heard by the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. His work centers on employment and human rights disputes, along with commercial contracts, disability and accommodation issues, workplace investigations, insurance, real estate, and shareholder and director liability. Bruce also mentors associates and support staff on delivering accurate, efficient legal service. He earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from the University of Alberta and a B.Sc. with honours from Western University.
