About Scott
Scott Tilley is a partner with Bishop & McKenzie whose corporate and commercial law practice helps lenders with commercial financing and acts for borrowers, international companies, property developers, and small and medium-sized businesses. He also works on mergers, acquisitions, and business divestitures, and on the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate, closing transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Scott sits on the firm's executive committee and was long responsible for recruiting its students-at-law. He holds an LLB from the University of Alberta and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003.
