Daniel Loconte joined KMSC Law LLP as an associate in 2024 and is a member of the firm's solicitor group, specializing in business law, real estate, and wills and estates. Born and raised in Edmonton, he completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta in 2018 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, incorporating and structuring corporations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and estate planning, along with purchase, sale and leasing transactions for commercial and residential real estate.
