About Brock

Brock Withey is a senior associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice group, advising private clients and financial institutions on corporate and commercial transactions. He represents corporate entities in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and general corporate work, and acts for financial institutions and private lenders on real estate financing, asset-based lending, construction financing, and land acquisitions and dispositions, staying involved through closing and beyond. He graduated from the dual J.D. program offered by the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2020, and earlier completed an Honours B.A. at Carleton University.
