About Vivian

Vivian Kung's practice focuses on power, infrastructure and construction, and mergers and acquisitions. She is regularly engaged on major project work throughout Canada in social infrastructure, health care, transportation and renewable energy sectors, and leads M&A transactions in complex regulated industries, including work with Japan-based clients on Canadian investments. Before joining the firm, she worked as senior legal counsel with a construction industry leader, and she clerked at the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
