About Shawn

Shawn Pulver is the Principal and Founder of Pulver on Condos, where his work spans condominium litigation, real estate litigation and condominium law more broadly. He advises condo boards and owners on governance and enforcement matters under Ontario's Condominium Act, including disputes over shared facilities agreements, building deficiencies and noise complaints. His court experience includes the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, its Estates Court and Commercial List, the Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and he has acted as counsel in several precedent-setting condominium decisions. Shawn is a visiting professor at Western Law, where he teaches an intensive course on condominium law, and he was one of the founding directors of CAI Canada, which trains and credentials condominium managers nationally.
