About Anthony

Anthony Price is a partner at Lidstone & Company. Since 2010 his practice has focused on advising and representing local governments in civil litigation, judicial review, and regulatory law proceedings, with an emphasis on bylaw enforcement through injunctions, civil litigation defence, expropriations, and human rights complaints. Price also assists clients with railway-related matters, including applications to the Canadian Transportation Agency for orders authorizing local governments to construct utility and road crossings on railway right of way. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and at the Supreme Court of Canada, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2006/2007.
