About Brendan

Brendan Donovan started his legal career at a full-service firm on Bay Street before shifting his focus to estates litigation in 2011 at a well-regarded Toronto boutique, where he eventually made partner. In 2018 he teamed up with Noah Kochman to establish Donovan Kochman LLP. He holds a master's degree from Oxford University and a JD from the University of Toronto. Brendan speaks frequently at continuing professional development seminars on topics such as joint accounts, litigation guardians, powers of attorney, and passing of accounts, and he is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates' Society.
