About Diana

Diana K. L. McBey is an associate lawyer at Donovan Kochman LLP whose practice covers estates, powers of attorney, guardianships, trusts, and capacity disputes. Before joining the firm, she worked as an associate at a well-known Toronto estate litigation boutique, and she articled at a full-service firm where she gained experience in wills and estates, litigation, and corporate commercial law. Diana earned her J.D. from Queen's Law School and graduated from Queen's University with a B.A. Honours with Distinction in History. As a student she volunteered with Queen's Legal Aid and the Queen's Business Law Clinic, and she received the Women's Law Association of Ontario's 2019 Advocacy Award along with the 2021 Insolvency Institute of Canada scholarship at Queen's for top standing in insolvency and restructuring.
