About Hilal

Hilal Celegen is an Ontario-based lawyer who focuses on business and corporate law. She has worked with some of Canada's largest companies as well as international angel investors and venture capital firms, giving her a practical grasp of the legal needs behind business growth across many industries and deal structures. At the firm she provides strategic advice on an as-needed basis. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Istanbul University, and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2020 before joining the Law Society of Ontario in 2025. She speaks English and Turkish.
