About Nathan
Nathan Seaward earned a BA from the University of Victoria in 2013, double majoring in political science and philosophy, and a JD from the UVic Faculty of Law in 2016. He joined Heath Law LLP as an articling student in August 2016, was called to the bar in May 2017, and became a partner in January 2024. He practises corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and real estate and property law, and approaches legal issues from a common-sense and public-policy perspective while drawing on legislation and the common law. Originally from Calgary, he has become an active member of the Nanaimo community, including as President of the Young Professionals of Nanaimo and as a director of the Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce.
