About Brandon
Brandon McBride focuses his practice on wills and estate administration, with more than ten years of experience helping families plan their estates and ensure smooth administration. He handles wills, powers of attorney, trusts and estate planning, including complex situations involving second marriages, cottages, beneficiaries with disabilities and business succession. On the administration side, he prepares probate applications, advises executors on their duties, arranges the transfer of estate assets and interprets wills for clients. Brandon also assists clients with residential purchases and sales, financings, title transfers and estate-related conveyancing. He completed three years of Commerce at Saint Mary's University in Halifax before earning his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2011 and being called to the Ontario Bar in June 2012. Brandon lives in Brooklin, where he is the third generation of his family, and played four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Oshawa Generals, serving as assistant captain in 2004-2005.
