About Thomas

Thomas Martin is building a corporate and business law practice at Mason Bennett Johncox, advising on incorporations, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and business purchases and sales. He works with business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizations to structure and protect their operations with practical guidance. Raised in Durham Region, he takes pride in serving clients in the community where he grew up. Thomas completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with highest distinction at Ontario Tech University before earning his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he won the Samuel Rubinoff Prize in Legal Process and the Right Honourable John R. Cartwright Prize. He joined the firm as a summer student, returned each summer through his studies, and articled there before being called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
