About Patrick
Patrick Bennett is a founding partner of Mason Bennett Johncox who has practised real estate law in Durham Region since 1994, handling residential and commercial purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing for individuals, corporations, trusts, and churches. He completed a business administration degree at Acadia University in 1987, then earned his law degree from Queen's University in 1991 before being called to the Ontario bar in 1993. Patrick takes a hands-on approach with clients, personally walking them through closing documents, and regularly presents at the Durham Region Association of Realtors' education day. He is active in the Whitby community as a Past President of the Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise, a Paul Harris Fellow, and President of St. Thomas' Child Care Centre.
