Brandon Hsu assists clients with a range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance and securities regulatory compliance. He articled at the Vancouver office of a national Canadian law firm, focusing on corporate and securities law, prior to joining Sangra Moller LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and the Canadian Bar Association.
