About Martin
Martin A. Thomas is a civil litigator who has represented clients at every level of court in British Columbia. His main interest is corporate and commercial litigation, though he has also handled real estate, trusts, insurance, estates, personal injury, debt collection, and constitutional law, and has practised with Russell & DuMoulin and Lawson Lundell in Vancouver. He graduated from Oxford University with First Class Honours in 1974 and was called to the bars of England and Wales in 1977 and British Columbia in 1981. Since 1996 he has been a regular instructor at the Law Society of British Columbia's Professional Legal Training Course and has taught law at universities in BC, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
