Grant Wong is an experienced corporate finance and M&A lawyer at Sangra Moller LLP, advising clients on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial matters. He is admitted to the bar in British Columbia and is a non-practising member of the bars of New York, England and Wales, and Hong Kong. He holds an LL.B. and a B.Com, both from the University of British Columbia, and has been recognized by IFLR1000 and Lexpert as a notable and rising practitioner in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
