About Harjit
Harjit (Harj) Sangra is one of the founding partners of Sangra Moller LLP. He received his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1984 and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1985. He practises exclusively in corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, acting for public and private corporations on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and reorganizations, and advising on takeovers, proxy contests, and corporate governance. His experience also extends to corporate and financial reorganizations, debt restructurings, and cross-border and European transactions. He has been recognized as a leading lawyer in corporate and commercial law by Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000, Best Lawyers in Canada, and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
