About Amir
Amir Mirbagheri became part of Sangra Moller LLP in 2024, having been called to the British Columbia Bar back in 2019. Earlier in his career, he served as in-house counsel at a publicly traded mining company and worked as an associate at a national law firm, where his work concentrated on corporate and securities law. Amir's areas of work take in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities compliance matters. Amir earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in 2009 and a Juris Doctor in 2018, both from the University of British Columbia, and belongs to both the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
